Although I use many recognized remedial massage techniques, Bowen Therapy is my favourite.

Bowen is a gentle, yet extremely effective style of treatment which addresses the body as a whole unit, rather than only addressing symptoms.

Clients typically feel a reduction of pain/tension and increase in mobility in the first session.
